Once upon a modern love story, Victoria nervously sent a message to Tyler on Bumble on September 21, 2022—and the rest, as they say, was magic. After just a few weeks of texting, we finally had our first date on October 2nd. Instead of meeting somewhere public, Victoria (a little crazily, in hindsight) met Tyler outside his apartment, and together they wandered through the crisp autumn air, talking and laughing as if they had known each other forever. Their walk led them to Aspen, a cozy local restaurant, and that “first date” didn’t feel like a first date at all—it felt natural, easy, and like we had known each other much longer. Neither of us wanted the night to end, and looking back, that was the very beginning of something truly extraordinary.

Fast forward to December 2024, when Tyler and Navi (our sweet pup) joined Victoria’s family for their annual holiday cruise. On Christmas Eve, we spent the day at Miami Beach soaking up the sunshine. While strolling down the sand with Navi, Tyler started asking Victoria some big life questions—about happiness, the future, and building a life together. Victoria, meanwhile, was happily distracted by all the families and couples taking photos by the lifeguard stands and insisted they join in for a picture, not realizing what was about to unfold.

After a few photos with just the two of us, Tyler suggested heading back to take a family picture. We found Victoria’s parents, and after snapping some shots, Tyler ran off to grab her brother so the whole family could be included. Once those photos wrapped up, Victoria’s mom asked for “just one more” of the two of us. Victoria started to fuss (because why couldn’t her mom just use her own phone?!), but when she turned around, she found Tyler on one knee, ring in hand.

Overcome with surprise, joy, and love, Victoria said 'yes' - right there the beach surrounded by her family, Navi, and lots of love. Just like that, a new chapter began—one filled with laughter, adventure, and endless love.
